Segmented Bowl 38 – African Sapele, Oak and Ply Wood

A beautiful handcrafted medium-sized segmented wooden bowl made of African Sapele, Oak and Plywood…  The wood sections were glued together, then turned on a lathe to create the unique, beautiful patterned bowl and then finished with shellac and hand-polished with four coats of black bison clear polish to bring about the beautiful shiny look and smooth feel.  There is a ply rim on the bottom and top of the bowl… The pictures are of the actual item for sale…  approximately 22cm diameter – 7.5cm height – 640g in weight…
