Segmented Maple Wood – The wood was turned on a lathe to create the unique, beautiful wooden parts of the lamp and then finished with shellac and hand-polished with four coats of black bison clear polish to bring about the beautiful shiny look and smooth feel. The glass, hook and metal dowels were fixed into position to form a beautiful ornamental Davey Lamp. The pictures are of the actual item for sale… approximately 8cm in diameter, 22.5cm in height and 514g in weight.
