We are a small group of wood-turning hobbyists with many years of experience between us in a family-run business. We are specialists in selling unique, beautiful-looking wooden ornaments that have been turned on a lathe and take great pleasure in making wood-loving buyers happy. We have enjoyed making our products, selling them through various channels, and shipping them to different parts of the world. How It Works

Visit Our Website: Head over to https://seo-research.itech.wales to learn about the project and take our short survey.

Choose Your Participation: At the end of the survey, you’ll have the option to indicate if you’re interested in:

• An **Observation Session** (where we watch how you use an SEO website or tool)
• An **Interview Session** (a relaxed chat about your experiences and opinions)
• Or both!

Just select “Yes” or “No” in the survey finale.

Ethics Consent: For your convenience, you can sign the Ethics Consent Form online if you wish to participate. This ensures your rights and privacy are protected throughout the study.

Schedule Your Session: If you opt in, Neil from iTech will contact you to arrange a time that suits you best.

Get Your Coupon: After you complete your chosen session(s), you’ll receive your WoodCraft gift coupon by email. Use it as you wish at https://woodcraft-co.org.

What to Expect

Observation Session: You’ll share your screen while using an SEO website or tool. We’re interested in what you find easy, confusing, or surprising.

Interview Session: A friendly, informal conversation (over video call or phone) about your thoughts, challenges, and ideas when using SEO resources.

All sessions are remote, allowing you to participate from anywhere. You’re free to withdraw at any time—no pressure.

Privacy and Ethics

Your participation is completely voluntary, and your information will be kept strictly confidential. The online consent form is quick and straightforward. Only the research team will have access to your data, which will be used solely for research purposes.
